Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
After successful inspection, your return will be approved within 2 business days, and you will be notified via email or SMS.

Refunds

After the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Please note that the actual time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, it may be sent back to you at your own cost.
